Return Conditions
The ponytail must be:

• Odor-free
• In its original condition, with tags and packaging intact
No refunds will be issued for items showing signs of use, brushing, or additional odors.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued excluding the initial shipping cost if the return meets the above conditions.
