When will my order be dispatched?
We ship Tuesday to Friday only. Orders placed after our 2pm cut-off will be dispatched on the next working shipping day.
How long does delivery take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using fully tracked services.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any refund will have shipping, return, and admin costs deducted.

Do your wigs look natural?
Yes. Our wigs are carefully constructed to mimic a natural hairline and density, giving a soft, undetectable finish.
What is a Scandi hairline?
A Scandinavian-inspired hairline features:
- Lower density at the front
- Fine, delicate baby hairs
- A soft, natural transition
This creates a more realistic, “grown-from-the-scalp” appearance.
Human Hair vs Synthetic
What is the difference between human hair and synthetic wigs?
Human Hair:
- Long-lasting
- Can be heat styled and coloured
- Offers the most natural movement
Premium Synthetic:
- Holds its style (even after washing)
- Lower maintenance
- Heat safe up to approximately 180°C
We only use high-quality synthetic fibres designed to look natural, not overly shiny.

Sizing & Fit
What cap sizes do you offer?
Synthetic wigs:
Our synthetic wigs come in a medium cap size, typically fitting head circumferences of 21–22.5 inches. Many styles can comfortably stretch to accommodate up to 23 inches.
Human hair wigs:
Our human hair wigs are more versatile and can accommodate small to large head sizes depending on the construction.
We also offer custom orders for human hair wigs, where you can request:

This allows for a more personalised, tailored fit.
Customisation
Do you offer customisation?
All wigs are sold as seen and ready to wear.
We offer limited adjustments on human hair wigs only, including:
- Changing the parting
- Adding light face-framing layers
- Trimming excess lace
Important:
Any customisation makes the wig a final sale item and non-refundable.
In-Store Pickup
Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes, we offer in-store collection from our Hull location.
You will be contacted when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before attending.

I’m new to wigs ,will I manage?
Yes. Many of our wigs are beginner-friendly and designed to be worn straight out of the box.
We are always happy to guide you on:

Will people know I’m wearing a wig?
Our focus is on creating wigs that look as natural as possible, with soft hairlines and realistic density.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my wig?
Yes, subject to strict hygiene conditions.
You must:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Return the item within 7 days
- Ensure the wig is unworn, unbrushed, odour-free, with lace and tags intact
Important:
- Customised wigs and accessories are non-refundable
- Sale items may be store credit only
- In-store purchases are non-returnable

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and batch differences.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship aerosol products internationally due to shipping regulations.
VAT & Medical Hair Loss
Do you offer VAT relief for medical hair loss?
At present, Estelle Beauty Limited (trading as Estelle Wigs & More) is not VAT registered, therefore VAT relief does not apply.
