The wig must be:

• Unworn

• Unbrushed

• Odour-free

• In its original condition with tags, lace, and packaging intact

No refunds will be issued for wigs showing signs of wear, brushing, or additional odours. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds exclude initial shipping costs.

• Brush gently from ends upward with a wig brush or wide-tooth comb

• Wash every 6–8 wears with wig shampoo in cool water

• Use wig conditioner or detangling spray for softness and shine

• Air dry only – never apply heat to wet fibres

• Store on a wig stand away from heat, sunlight, and humidity
