⚠️ About the curl pattern — please read

ALMASI's curls are a Cambodian curl — a loose-to-medium spiral, sometimes described as a wavy curl or a relaxed ringlet. Here is what to expect:

• In dry conditions the curls tighten and shrink slightly — this is natural
• In humid conditions or after moisturising, the curls elongate and loosen — also normal
• The curl pattern can vary slightly from strand to strand — this mimics natural curly hair
• Sleeping without a satin bonnet or pillowcase will cause frizz — protect accordingly

To refresh the curl pattern: spritz with water, scrunch in a small amount of curl cream, and allow to air dry. ALMASI does not need heat to look beautiful.

Changes in curl pattern due to normal wear, humidity, or handling are not considered a defect and are not covered by our returns policy.

⚠️ Colour — what to expect

ALMASI is natural black (colour 1B) — a soft, warm black. She is not jet black (which has blue-black tones) and not dark brown. In bright natural light you may notice subtle warm undertones — this is the natural quality of virgin hair and makes the colour look more realistic on your head.

📏 Cap size

ALMASI is a Large cap only — designed for a head circumference of 23–23.5 inches (approx. 58–59.5 cm).

The cap has an internal adjustable strap that can tighten by approximately 0.5–1 inch. If your head measures between 22.5 and 23 inches, the adjustable strap should give a comfortable fit. If your head measures under 22.5 inches, ALMASI will likely feel too loose — please message us so we can suggest a better-fitting style.

✨ What is a 5×5 HD lace closure?

A 5×5 closure means lace sits in a 5-inch-wide section at the centre-front of the cap — covering your parting and a portion of your hairline. It is smaller than a full frontal, which makes it more beginner-friendly — there is less lace to cut and blend. The HD version of this lace is ultra-thin and virtually invisible against all skin tones, requiring minimal blending product.
