The wig must be:

• Unworn

• Unbrushed

• Odour-free

• In its original condition with tags, lace, and packaging intact

No refunds will be issued for wigs showing signs of wear, brushing, or additional odours. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds exclude initial shipping costs.

• Brush gently with a wig brush or wide-tooth comb from ends upward

• Wash every 6–8 wears using wig shampoo in cool water

• Condition with wig conditioner or detangling spray to maintain softness

• Air dry only – never apply heat to wet fibres

• Store on a wig stand away from heat, sunlight, and humidity
