• Return the item within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
• If the color or style is unsuitable, do not wear or alter the wig if you plan to return it.
Return Conditions
The wig must be:
• Unworn
• Unbrushed
• Odor-free
• In its original condition, with tags, lace, and packaging intact
No refunds will be issued for wigs showing signs of use, brushing, or additional odors.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued excluding the initial shipping cost if the return meets the above conditions.
Wigs that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the buyer.

This seller is extremely good, she is very helpful & will go out of her way to help you, as in try & get certain wigs for you if they are no longer on the website. I have bought about 10 or more of her wigs since lockdown. This wig looks amazing, very high quality looks like the hair is actually coming out from your own scalp. I hope this seller will sell more of them plus I hope she brings back the Kerri pixie wig as I bought about 3 of them. Not actually worn the wig yet, just tried it on as I’m still wearing the Kerri wig I bought from her last year. Also I could not believe how quick she sent out the wig & it arrived the next day. Beautiful wig - well done cap, quality material cap- it doesn’t hurt my head and it fits perfect The only issue is that it does tangle - I have to take off my rings when using it.

I have this consistent issue with this seller. The cap is too large and will not form to my head regardless. I also have yet to receive a refund from this seller Z well as a follow up in communication. Disappointing is an understatement. Do not recommend.
