Please check item for any faults before wearing or cutting any lace or tags.
If there is a fault with the item please get in touch with us within 3 days and return within 7 days
If color is not suitable or its not quite what you imagined, please DO NOT wear the item if you intend to send it back.
Item must be sent back in its original condition item must be returned unworn, unbrushed, complete with tags and original packaging and lace intact.
NO refunds will be issued for wigs that show sign of use, have been brushed or have acquired additional odours.
