  • If the color or style is unsuitable, do not wear or alter the wig if you plan to return it.

Return Conditions

  • The wig must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unbrushed

    • Odor-free

    • In its original condition, with tags, lace, and packaging intact

  • No refunds will be issued for wigs showing signs of use, brushing, or additional odors.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued excluding the initial shipping cost if the return meets the above conditions.

  • Wigs that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the buyer.
