The hair is soft but the aesthetic is too frizzy and doesn't reach 30". It's curlier than in the image and I can't straighten it. It doesn't feel entirely realistic.

I assumed it was human hair, it’s synthetic but the texture is phenomenal. I’m not sure if I can was this one or curl it. I love it though!
